Judd has honed his expertise in facilitating mountain bike developments through a decade of projects. While working as the International Projects Coordinator for the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA), he interfaced with grassroots mountain bike associations and local decision makers across Canada, Europe, and Latin America. Following a successful World Cup downhill racing career, de Vall returned to grassroots partnership-building and the development of progressive bike park facilities. Working with IMBA Trail Solutions, he managed the development of Highbridge Bike Park in New York City and the Vortex Bike Park at the Santos Trails in Florida, two of the most innovative bike parks in the United States. Under his direction, Alpine Bike Parks has pushed the bar further with the development Eagle Bike Park, the Valmont Bike Park, and the Seven Springs Resort Bike Park. With a background in finance and logistics, de Vall takes the lead on conceptual design, budgeting, and ROI consulting for bike park developments.

Over the past two years alone, Judd has managed dozens of bike park projects worth over $1.5 million in a variety of venues including destination resorts, rural trail systems, and urban bike park projects.
